Once a purchase of an e-kit has been made on SpanishVidya, it cannot be cancelled or modified. All sales are final
No Refunds
SpanishVidya does not offer refunds for purchases of e-kits. All sales are final.

In rare cases where there is a technical issue or error preventing access to the purchased e-kit, SpanishVidya may, at its discretion, provide a refund or offer an alternative solution. Such requests must be made within 7 days of purchase and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
