A few questions before you choose

Can I request a refund?

Yes. Email [email protected] within 24 hours of purchase with your payment reference and a reasonable cause. Read the refund policy.

Can I use this if I know no Spanish?

Yes. Each exchange has an English meaning, with numbers, dates and clarification phrases to help you begin. Prepare a situation, try a reply, then check the answer. The kit does not establish a language level or promise fluent conversation.

How is this different from a translation app?

Use your translation app when you need it. The kit gives you a sequence to practise beforehand: read a short booking or sign, recognise a reply, choose what to do next and compare your answer with a reason. You can try that sequence in the complete free hotel lesson.

Can I use the files offline?

After payment, download the three PDFs from your private Drive folder. Open the saved copies in your PDF reader before leaving. You can print them for personal use. Initial checkout, email and Drive access need an internet connection.

Is this the same as the A1 or Business Spanish kit?

No. These are new, separate travel materials. Choose A1 for a broader beginner course of study, or Business Spanish if you already speak Spanish and need emails, calls and meetings for work. The travel kit's work situation covers arriving at reception for an appointment.
