Do I need to speak Spanish already?+
Yes. This is a reference pack for people who already speak some Spanish. English translations help you check meaning. It does not teach Spanish from the beginning.
Can I send the messages without changing them?+
No. Replace every bracketed field with the correct details. Check names, dates and any commitments before sending. The templates use formal usted language for Latin American clients. Adapt them to your workplace.
Does it include audio or full call scripts?+
No. These are two PDFs with short messages, meeting openings, useful phrases and closings. Audio, live-call coaching, full call scripts and a formal-email library are not included.
